I just installed this app on an IPad mini and it seems to work like a charm; it cost me $12. This application provides access to both the AllStarLink system of Repeaters and “Hubs” as well as EchoLink nodes. To use the app, it first requires setting up an account; for EchoLink, this can be done directly on the app. If you already have an EchoLink account, you will indicate your existing account password associated with your call sign. For AllStarLink, you will set up an account first on the AllStarLink website: https://www.allstarlink.org/ The app cost $12.42 including HST.
