I hope you had a great summer despite all the restrictions floating around. This has certainly been a different lifestyle compared to what we were used to.

Nevertheless, it is that time of year when we start thinking of colder days and with that, we have the return of the Pot Lid Net (PLN).

Make a note on your calendar, the PLN will begin its 47th season on September 13. Once again, the PLN will operate on 3.620 Mhz at 11 o’clock (Ottawa) local time. The net is open to anyone who enjoy Morse code, every Sunday except when there is a holiday.

The PLN’s Manager, Roger (VE3XRR) is also the regular Net Control Station (NCS).

Please join the group and chat with us while at the same time, practice your Morse code at a nice slow speed (approx. 8-12 wpm).
